The key difference may be how we use AI. If we ask it to solve every problem, write everything and summarize everything, we may lose valuable opportunities to practice and learn. But when AI acts as a tutor, collaborator or source of feedback, it may actually help us learn.
The bigger question is not whether AI will make humans "stupid." It's which skills we will continue to practice—and which ones we will hand over to machines.
