๐๐ฌ Scientists have officially discovered a new deep-sea โghost sharkโ species in the Pacific waters off Costa Rica.
Named Rhinochimaera costaricana, the mysterious fish was identified using specimens collected hundreds of meters below the ocean surface. Researchers confirmed the species through detailed anatomical studies and DNA analysis, highlighting how much of the deep ocean remains unexplored.
