Some leaders earn respect without needing to prove they are the smartest person in the room. Good Leader Qualities include humility, open-mindedness, accountability, and respect for other people's expertise. Effective leaders admit when they do not have every answer, seek advice from experienced colleagues, and give credit where it belongs. This attitude encourages honest communication and makes employees more comfortable sharing innovative ideas. By remaining confident without becoming arrogant, leaders create stronger professional relationships. Do you believe humility makes a leader more trustworthy, or can too much modesty sometimes weaken their authority?
